POLICE have arrested three people after an early-morning raid of a house in Brampton.

Officers conducted a warrant of a property on Front Street yesterday (Friday), where a quantity of suspected drugs, cash and weapons were seized.

A spokesman from Cumbria Police told the News & Star: "A 32-year-old man, a 23-year-old man, and a 27-year-old woman, all from Brampton, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and released under investigation."

No further details about the incident have been released by police.
