A woman has been arrested after a car crashes into a tree in Rochford.
Emergency services rushed to the scene in Cherry Orchard Way yesterday afternoon after the crash.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We were called at around 3.30pm yesterday, Monday 16 September, after a vehicle collided with trees in Cherry Orchard Way, Rochford.
"We attended the scene and a woman was found with a head injury, which is neither life-threatening or changing.
"She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and taken to hospital. She remains under investigation.
"Anyone with information is asked to call Chigwell Roads Policing Unit on 101 on quoting incident 658 of 16/09 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
