MULTIPLE trains between Pitsea and London have been cancelled due to a blockage on the line.
A signal fault between Grays and Barking has left the London bound line of c2c trains blocked.
At least six trains between Southend and London have been cancelled, including the 8.35am train from London Fenchurch Street to Southend and the 8.49am train from Pitsea to London.
Commuters are reporting long delays at various stations this morning. Queues of people have been spotted outside Basildon train station.
c2c have urged passengers to travel on other routes until further notice, with buses set to run between Purfleet and Barking towards London, with Greater Anglia and London Underground also conveying c2c passengers.
