A ROAD was closed due to a burst water main.
Daws Heath Road in Thundersley was closed at around 3.55pm yesterday due to the water flooding the road.
The police cordoned off the road whilst Essex and Suffolk Water addressed the issue. It is understood the road was closed overnight while the damage could be repaired.
The work, taking place outside Annie's Mini Market, is set to last until Friday while the company repair the burst and reinstate the water supply and reseal the surface.
