Donation - the winning team with cheque
STUDENTS earned a £1,000 funding boost for charity after fundraising and raising awareness.
Year 9 pupils at Gable Hall took part in the First Give programme, where students investigate social issues and met with charities who address those issues. The Wickford Salvation Army came away with £1,000 after students pitched a silent ice lolly sale, representing concerns homeless people have no voice.
