Large number of caravans pitch up in Grays
A large number of caravans have been spotted pitched up next to Blackshots Civic Hall.
Reports this morning suggest at least 16 caravans have been seen on the site, spread across the civic hall car park and the neighbouring field.
Residents have reported seeing police on the site speaking to the group this morning.
The Gazette has contacted Thurrock Council requesting a statement.
The land is council owned.
