Ian Wiltshire
Police would like to speak to Ian Wiltshire, 64, in connection with a malicious communications investigation.
The appeal follows reports on Sunday, June 2, that comments were posted online that were intent to stir up religious hatred.
Wiltshire has links to Berkshire, Wiltshire and the Thames Valley area of London.
He was last known to have a grey beard and wears glasses.
Anyone with information is asked to call Grays CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
