DORSET-based animal rescue centre Margaret Green Animal Rescue is hoping to find homes for six cats and dogs in its care this week.

Tiggy the cat is 11-years-old and looking for a quiet forever home as one of her previous owners passed away and the other is very poorly. She would need a home as the only pet.

Fellow feline, Suzy, is eight-years-old and looking for a forever home as her owner passed away. Suzy is affectionate when she wants to be but also likes her own space. She would need to be the only pet in a quiet home.

Cali is a nine-year-old cat looking to be a companion to someone and does best when she can bond with someone, one on one. Cali would need to be an only pet in a quiet home.

To rehome any of these pets please call Church Knowle Rehoming and Visitor Centre on 01929 480474.

Panther is an "affectionate" two-year-old male Greyhound. He enjoys meeting new people but can be a little nervous at times. He can live with other sighthounds and older children but not cats or small furries.

Lily is a two-year-old Bull Mastiff cross Basset Hound and can be a little shy at first and loves cuddles. Lily can live with another medium-large sized dog, possibly cats and teenagers.

Four-year-old male Greyhound, Lee, is a "very happy chap" and likes to meet other dogs when out and about. Staff think he’d be happy to live with another larger dog and could also share his home with older children but not cats or small furries.

To rehome any of these dogs please call Lincoln Farm Rescue and Rehoming Centre on 01929 471340.
