Stolen dogs, road signs and tanks of diesel are among the incidents reported throughout Maldon District in the last week.

Areas across Maldon including Burnham, Great Totham, Heybridge, Maldon, Purleigh, Southminster, Tollesbury and Tolleshunt D'Arcy have all been impacted by incidents.

This list was compiled from the reports put together by the Maldon District Neighbourhood Watch.

Here's all the incidents, and when they were reported and where they happened at the beginning of April.

BURNHAM

April 3, Church Road: Suspects unknown have removed two of the victim’s fence panels by unknown means.

April 1, Station Approach: Suspect unknown has stolen a dog from victims work place taken it to a rescue centre and then collected it stating he was the victim.

April 4, Station Approach: Suspects unknown have broken the locks off the property belonging to the victim by unknown means.

Unknown if suspects gained entry.

GREAT TOTHAM

April 5, Broad Street: Suspect unknown has gained entry by unknown means leaving the back doors open.

Search conducted of cupboards in the property and victim’s red Volkswagen gold index B11S LVY has been stolen.

HEYBRIDGE

April 5, Hall Road: Suspect unknown has stolen half a tank of diesel from the tank of vehicle Volvo FH whilst it was parked in a lay by over night.

April 5, The Roothings: Suspect unknown has caused damage to the victims front door lock by putting super glue in the lock.

MALDON

April 4, Butt Lane: Suspects unknown have caused damage to two pay and display payment machines by bending up the metal vault doors from underneath by unknown means.

April 4, Cross Road: Suspect unidentified has scratched the bonnet of the victim’s car using an unknown implement.

April 3, Elliot Way: Suspect unknown has stolen a road sign.

April 3, Orchard Road: Suspect unknown has had his car windscreen damaged, Audi A3.

PURLEIGH

April 1, Chelmsford Road: Suspects unknown have forced entry to victim’s secure wooden outbuilding by forcing the padlocks and deadlock.

Tidy search conducted.

Garden tools stolen from within.

April 5, The Links: Suspect unidentified has delivered a garden shed to victims address and leant the items against victim’s garage door.

Victim has removed the items and scratches have been left on the door from delivery.

April 5, Green Trees Avenue: Suspect unknown has gained entry to the victim’s garage by forcing it open and breaking it.

Suspect has taken various tools including Makita power tools and batteries.

April 6, Latchingdon Road: Suspect unknown have gained entry by smashing a rear window.

SOUTHMINSTER

April 2, Elm Reach: Victim has returned to his car to find that the nearside front door has scratch marks to it and a piece of trim stolen from the roof bars on the car.

April 2, Elm Reach: Suspect unknown caused damage to victim’s vehicle of a five-inch scrape on the back bumper.

TOLLESBURY

April 2, Hasler Road: Suspect unidentified has kicked the victim’s fence panel to the floor causing it to split and break.

TOLLESHUNT D'ARCY

April 4, Back Road: Unknown suspects have stolen a large white sail a small white jib and a purple spinnaker from a boat at location.
