SURVEYING equipment worth nearly £6,000 was stolen from a building site.
The thieves got into the yard at Marsh Foot Road, Grays and prized open a contained, causing £50 damage, before fleeing with the equipment.
Witnesses to the theft, which happened between 10am and 1pm last Thursday, October 4 are asked to contact Grays police on 01375 391212.
