POLICE in the region are on the lookout for a man who has not been seen since dropping friends off at an airport.
John Donald, 62, from Acol, near Margate, in Kent, was last seen at Stansted airport in Essex on Thursday.
He has a tattoo of a bird and another of a flower on his arms and was driving a metallic green T-reg Vauxhall Vectra.
Insp Kevin Corden, of Kent Police, said his friends whom he left at the airport said he had been in good spirits, and his disappearance was a mystery.
"We've carried out all the normal checks and the local automatic number plate recognition machine has indicated him driving out of the airport and into Essex, and that's the last sighting we've got of him," he said.
