A teenager was stabbed in the chest during an attack in Grays.
The victim, a 17 year-old boy, was attacked in Charles Street some time between 8.30pm and 9.20pm on Tuesday, February 5.
He was attacked after being approached by a group of five or six people and suffered a small wound to his chest.
The injury is not life-threatening or life-changing.
Police telieve this was a targeted and isolated attack and say there is no risk to the wider public.
