AN incident involving a motorcyclist and a car caused delays on the Manorway in Stanford-le-Hope this morning.
An ambulance crew attended the scene by the roundabout connecting the Manorway to the A13 at 8.15am.
The motorcyclist, a 47-year-old man, was taken to Basildon Hospital suffering from a possible neck injury.
His condition is said to be serious but not life threatening.
Police want information on the incident, which involved a black Suzuki motorbike and a blue Ford Fusion.
