THE derailment of an engineering train on the c2c line near Grays caused disruption for commuters this morning.
The Network Rail Tamper train derailed at around 4.20am.
Engineers cleared the scene at around 1.40pm and normal service has resumed.
This morning busses were running both ways from Ockendon to Pitsea via Grays and trains that go through Chafford Hundred were being diverted through Rainham.
