A MAN is due to appear before Grays Magistrates charged with dangerous driving and witness intimidation.
He is being brought to court after a 63-year-old woman from Watford suffered a serious head injury in an accident on the M25.
The man, 21, from Dartford, Kent, was arrested following a road traffic accident between junctions 29 and 30 near South Ockendon on May 19.
The injured woman was a passenger in a Honda Jazz which was in collision with a Renault Clio. She was taken to Queen's Hospital, Romford, for treatment but was later released.
The man will appear in court in Grays on October 11.
