A PENSIONER has been fined after admitting breaching a community protection notice over his dogs.
Mervin Baker, 71, of Braintree, was sentenced for breaching the notice which was served by Braintree Council after continual issues with his dogs being loose in a communal area of flats.
Even after the notice was served the issues continued and Mr Baker was summonsed to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Thursday, October 11.
The Rodney Gardens resident was fined £150, ordered to pay £450 in costs and a £38.50 victim surcharge.
