Emergency services were on the scene in Grays after a car crashed into a house.
The incident happened shortly before 5pm today on the Broadway in Little Thurrock, Grays.
No injuries have been reported.
The driver of the car has been reported to the police.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "No one was injured and the driver was reported for driving offences."
An Essex County Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Firefighters from Grays were called to the scene of a road traffic collision in Broadway, Grays at 4.31pm on Sunday (4 March).
“Crews reported that one vehicle had left the roadway, leaving a wall and large metal railings in a precarious position. Firefighters worked to make the area safe before leaving the scene at 6.03pm.”
