NOT even vandals could ruin the fun at the Hardie Park Easter Egg Hunt.
Children took part at the Stanford-le-Hope park on Tuesday despite mindless thugs trying to set fire to newly installed play equipment.
An £8,000 roundabout funded by the local community and Friends of Hardie Park group was damaged on Saturday night.
The roundabout was still useable following the attack, but was affected by scorch marks.
Kind residents cleared the mess before the hunt. Police confirmed they are investigating.
