A FORMER pupil at Grays Convent High School has realised a life-long dream and been awarded a place at Cambridge University to study medicine.
Sohini Pawar will be heading to the university in September – and the school’s acting headteacher, Dawn Collis, couldn’t be prouder.
She said it was the culmination of the hard work Sohini had put in while at the school, including work experience with the St John Ambulance and GPs’ surgeries.
Mrs Collis said: “We are so proud of Sohini’s achievements and wish her well for the future. She will be in good company as there are three other Grays Convent pupils already at Cambridge.”
