NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made,to enable Comex on behalf ofVirgin Media to lay new duct to enable fibre to network, the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading within the roads listed in Schedule One on this Order, restrictions will be removed when not required.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made,to enable Comex on behalf ofVirgin Media to lay new duct to enable fibre to network, the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading within the roads listed in Schedule One on this Order, restrictions will be removed when not required.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the Direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden,to emergency service vehicles, orto vehicles being used in connection with the works.



5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

1. Whilst the works are in progress there will be an introduction of no waiting and no loading in Moat Lane the entire length of the carriageway, Hazel Road - From junction with Moat Lane to Cedar Road, and junction with Moat Lane to O/S 78 and J/W Larkswood Close to Slade Green Road, both sides of the carriageway Access will be maintained to the station in Forest Road as works allow, suspension of the bus stand in Forest Road.Access to Oak Road and emergency vehicles when required.

2. The Order will come into effect on 8th April 2019 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 8 working days.



3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via;



I. Moat Lane, from Hazel Road to Forest Road; Forest Road, Cedar Road, Hazel Road and reverse. NoEntry on Willow Road follow Diversion.Access provided to Oak Road when required.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2019 (Parkside Avenue, Bexleyheath) NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic RegulationAct 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable FM Conway's on behalf of the London Borough Bexley to resurface the carriageway, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading and a road closure to vehicular traffic outside 250 to outside 360 Parkside Avenue both sides of the carriageway. During the road closure there will be the introduction of a banned turning movement from Eversley Cross right into Parkside Avenue.

2. The Order will come into effect on Tuesday 16th April 2019 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However; the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.



3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via;



?Westbound; Parkside Avenue, Northall Road, Manor Way, Mayplace Road East, Perry Street Thames Road Roundabout and reverse.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the Direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden.to emergency service vehicles, orto vehicles being used in connection with the works.
