I. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section l40)oftheRoadTrafficRegulationAct 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Agility of behalf ofThames Water to exchange a fire hydrant, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading opposite and outside 25 Lyndon Road, Belvedere.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6,45,46,49,51 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act l984,asamendedbySection8ofand Part I of Schedule 5 tothe Local GovernmentAct 1985.

2. The general effect of the traffic orders listed above would be to amend part of existing paid for or free parking places in the relevant roads mentioned below so that two bays can only be used by electrically propelled vehicles (including electrical hybrid vehicles). This will apply at all times, but other daytime operational arrangements and charges (where applicable) are detailed below for each location.

3. The general effect of the Bexley (Bexleyheath Town Centre) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. X) Traffic Order 2019 would be to amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to revise part of an existing paid for parking place at the eastern end of Methuen Road (north side of the road) as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.30am to 5.30pm, 2 hour time limit, no return within I hour.The parking charges and payment options will not change.

4. The general effect of the Bexley (Erith Town Centre) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. X) Traffic Order 2019 would be to amend the Bexley (ErithTown Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to revise part of an existing paid for parking place at the northern end of Walnut Tree Road as item 2 and the hours of operation will remain the same ie Mon to Sat 9.00 am to 5.30pm, but the 8.5 hourtime limit will be reduced to 2 hours, no return within I hour.The proposed payment charges for pay by phone will be 60p for 30 minutes, £ I. I Op for up to I hour and £ 1.60p for up to 2hours excluding the operators service charge; cash payment will be 80p for 30 minutes, £ 1.30p for up to I hour and £ 1.80p for up to 2 hours.

5. The general effect of the Bexley (Sidcup Town Centre) (Parking Races) (Amendment NaX) Traffic Order 2019 would be to amend the Bexley (SidcupTown Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to revise part of an existing parking place at the southern end of St John's Road as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 9.00am to 5.30pm, but the I hourtime limit will be increased to 2 hours, no return within I hour

The general effect of the Bexley (WellingTown Centre) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. X) Traffic Order 2019 would be to amend the Bexley (Welling Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to revise part of an existing paid for parking place near nos. 45 to 47 Bellegrove Road as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.00am to 6.30pm, 2 hour time limit, no return within I hounThe parking charges and payment options will not change.

7. The general effect of the Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No.X) Traffic Order 2019 would be to amend the Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to revise part of an existing parking place near nos. 15 to 17 Waterside as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.00am to 6.30pm, 2 hour time limit, no return within I hour

B. The general effect of the Bexley (Barnehurst Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. X) Traffic Order 2019 would be to amend the Bexley (Barnehurst Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to revise part of an existing paid for parking place near nos. 294 to 296 Erith Road (north of Merewood Road) as item 2 above and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.00am to 6.30pm, but the I hour time limit will be increased to 2 hours, no return within I hour
9. The general effect of the Bexley (Miscellaneous Parking Places) (Amendment No. X) Traffic Order 2019 would be to amend the Bexley (Miscellaneous Parking Places) Traffic Order 2019 to revise part of existing parking places at the following locations as detailed below:

Sherwood Park Avenue near nos. 240 and 242, revise part of an existing parking place as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.00am to 6.30pm, 2 hour time limit, no return within I hour. The Oval near nos. 23 to 27, revise part of an existing parking place as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.00am to 6.30pm, but the I hour time limit will be increased to 2 hours, no return within I hour.
Blackfen Road, Blackfen Parade near nos. 11 and 12, revise part of an existing paid for parking place as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.00am to 6.30pm, 2 hour time limit, no return within 2 hour. The parking charges and payment options will not change. Nuxley Road near nos. 32 and 34, revise part of an existing parking place as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.00am to 6.30pm, but the I hour time limit will be increased to 2 hours, no return within I hour.
Picardy Street near no. 21, revise part of an existing parking place as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.00am to 6.30pm, but the I hour time limit will be increased to 2 hours, no return within I hour.
Danson Lane opposite no. 18, revise part of an existing parking place as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.00am to 7.00pm, but the I hour time limit will be increased to 2 hours, no return within I hour.
Sandford Road adjacent to no. 306 Broadway, revise part of an existing paid for parking place as item 2 and the operational arrangements for parking remain the same ie Mon to Sat 8.30am to 5.30pm, 2 hour time limit, no return within I hour. The parking charges and payment options will not change. NOTE. Further notices published consecutively with this notice indicate the Council's proposals under the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2013 to provide charging apparatus for electrically powered motor vehicles on the highway at the locations detailed in this notice, and appoint a supplier to operate the apparatus, and to revise on street parking charges under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
10. Copies of the proposed Orders and any Orders that have amended those Orders, the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans which indicate the roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT
