TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2015 (Belmont Road, Erith)
NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Conway's on behalf on the London Borough of Bexley to construct a\fehicle crossover they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of a road closure to vehicular traffic, no waiting no loading from, 238 Belmont Road, 30 meters either side of the works.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Conway's on behalf on the London Borough of Bexley to construct a\fehicle crossover they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of a road closure to vehicular traffic, no waiting no loading from, 238 Belmont Road, 30 meters either side of the works.
2. The Order will come into effect on 27th February 2019 and is valid for a period of 18 months, However; the works are expected to be completed within five working days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress an alternative route will be made via, Belmont Road, Heversham Road, Long Lane and Bedonwell Road and reverse, Bedonwell Road, Long Lane, Heversham Road and Belmont Road.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the Direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by theTraffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016

NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Conway's on behalf on the London Borough of Bexley to construct a Vehicle crossover, the effects of which will be the introduction of a road closure to vehicular traffic, but will maintain access for emergency services when required and no waiting no loading from, 5 Northumberland Close, 30 meters either side of the works.

NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable SGN to connect a new gas supply to propertythey intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading outside 241 Main Road both side of the carriageway.

The Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 3) Traffic Order 2019
1) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 18th February 2019 made the above mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 18th February 2019 made the above mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers,
2) The general effect of the above mentioned Amendment Order would be to amend:

a) the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018, to increase the length of a limited waiting parking place in Glengall Road adjacent to the Sorting Office; no changes are proposed to the operating hours of this bay which are Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm;

b) to change the designation of the existing "free" parking places to "resident and visitor permit" parking places in Sandford Road between its junctions with Ethronvi Road and Rowan Road; no changes are proposed to the operating hours of these parking places which are Monday to Friday between I pm and 3pm or to their position and length on site.

3. Copies of the Order which becomes operational on 25th February 2019,the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended those Orders), the Council's statement of reasons for making the Order.and maps which indicates the lengths of roads to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices,2Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not made within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under has not been complied with in relation to the Order; may make application for the purpose to the High Court before the expiration of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made.
