TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2018 (QUEEN STREET, BEXLEYHEATH)

NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made to enable new connection works to be carried out by SGN.the effects of which will be the closure to vehicular traffic, when required of outside Race House, Queen Street, Bexleyheath and the introduction of no waiting on both sides of the road when required.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made to enable new connection works to be carried out by SGN.the effects of which will be the closure to vehicular traffic, when required of outside Race House, Queen Street, Bexleyheath and the introduction of no waiting on both sides of the road when required.

2. The Order will come into effect on Monday I Ith February 2019 and is valid for a period of 18 months. Howeventhe works are expected to be completed within five days.



3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be made available via Church Road, Broadway, Albion Road, Broadway and West Street,



4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.



5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2019 (LEAD PIPE REPLACEMENT NORTH-CENTRAL- SOUTH SCHEME)

NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Lead pipe replacement North-Central-South scheme to be carried out by Thames Water they intend to mate an Order the effects of which will be the closure to footways, and introduction of no waiting and no loading when required within in the roads listed in Schedule Four on this Order Access for residents will be maintained when possible.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2019 (CALDY ROAD, BELVEDERE)

NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable vehicle crossover works to be carried out by FM Conway, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the closure to vehicular traffic, of 12 Caldy Road, Belvedere and opposite 26 Norman Road with the introduction of no waiting and no loading restrictions from the junction of Caldy Road to 16 Norman Road, Belvedere on both sides of the road when required.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be made available via Norman Road and North Road and reverse.



4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.



5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed bytheTraffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016,

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable carriageway remedial works to be carried out by Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the closure to vehicular traffic, when required of outside 65 Francis Avenue, Bexleyheath and the introduction of no waiting and no loading restrictions on both sides of the road.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by theTraffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
