The general effect of the Bexley (Disabled Persons Parking Places)(Amendment No. 5) Traffic Order 2018 would be to amend The Bexley (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Traffic Order 2019 to:
2. designate new disabled parking places in which disabled person's vehicles, displaying a disabled person's blue badge may be left during the permitted hours, wrthout charge, in the vicinity of:- 17 Athol Road, Erith. 60 Axminster Crescent,Welling. 102 Hengist Road, Erith. 45 Maximfeldt Road, Erith. 18 Studley Court, Sidcup. 33 The Marlowes, Crayford. l5Venners Close, Bexleyheath.

3. amend existing disabled parking places in the vicinity of:- 50 Milton Road, Bexleyheath.8 Oakley Drive, New Eftham.

4. revoke the existing disabled parking places in the vicinity of:- 82 Albert Road, Bexley. 128 Brook Street, Erith, 21 Caerleon Close, Sidcup. I Collindale Avenue. Erith. 31 Dale Road, Crayford. 25 Durham Road, Sidcup, 513 Footscray Road, Sidcup.26 Granville Road,Welling.20Glendale Road, Erith. 43 Greenwalk, Crayford. 83 Hurstwood Avenue, Bexleyheath. 36 King Harolds Way, Belvedere. 26 Northumberland Park,Errth.52 Oakley Drive, New Eltham.

2. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 18)Traffic Order 2019, would be to further amend the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Traffic Order 2017 to:

a. introduce new no waiting restrictions between 8am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday to both sides of Woodside Road in the vicinity of Nos 40 to 56 Woodside Road, and

b. amend the existing waiting restriction in the vicinity of Nos 102 to 106 Woodside Road to be a single time period of 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

The general effect of the Bexley (Miscellaneous Parking Places) Traffic Order 2019, would be to revoke The Bexley (Miscellaneous Parking Places) (No. I) Traffic Order 2012 (and any order that amended that Order) and incorporate those provisions in a new order with minor changes. The minor changes are to various scheduled definitions of lengths miscellaneous parking places, wrthout physically changing any existing markings so that the definitions of those lengths of parking places in the Order schedules accurately reflect the existing markings on street and facilitate better enforcement by authorised Council Officers and contractors.

a) remove part of an existing residents permit parking bay outside of Nos. 13 and 15 Belvedere RoadThe part of the resident's permit parking bay that is removed which operates between 10am and l2noon Monday to Friday, will be replaced by the controlled parking zone restriction of no waiting, Monday-Friday 10am-12noon, denoted by a single yellow line, and

b) amend the descriptions of the parking places in the schedule to accord with the marked parking places on site without making any changes on site.

a) minor changes to the layout of parking places within the Order designations, without physically changing any locations on the ground outside of No. 31 Dale Road.
4. The general effect of the Bexley (Erith Town Centre)(Parking Places)(Amendment No 2) Traffic Order 2019 would be to amend the Bexley (New Eltham Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018, to

a) convert part of the existing residents bay outside of No. 45 Maximfeldt Road to a Disabled Persons Parking Bay

b) shorten the existing residents bay outside of No. 41 Maximfeldt Road to a 5.0 metre residents bay

5. The general effect of the Bexley (New Eltham Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 3) Traffic Order 2019 would be amend the Bexley (New Eltham Station)(Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to make

a) minor changes to the layout of parking places within the Order designations, without physically changing any locations on the ground outside of No. 8 Oakley Drive and 52 Oakley Drive.

b) minor changes to the layout of parking places within the Order designations, without physically changing any locations on the ground outside of No. 513 Footscray Road.

The effect of the order will be to stop up the section of Public Footpath 24 which commences at its southernmost point 185m north of Slade Green Road at Grid Reference 551871,177166 leading North North West for approximately 115 metres to Grid Reference 551808,177260 (near the staircase leading to Frabisher Road) as shown on the order mapThere will be estate roads constructed as part of the redevelopment of the former Linpac site to link the remainder of the footpath to Slade Green Road.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Head of Legal Services, London Borough of Bexley, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT (quoting reference BPW) not later than 6 February 2019. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Bexley may itself confirm the order as an unopposed onder. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
