Notice is hereby given that I Charlie Sims has applied to Brentwood Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Charlie’s Deli, 88 High Street, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4AP.
The application seeks to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises between the hours of 10:00AM and 11:00PM daily. An additional 3 hours (until 2:00AM the following day) is sought on New Years Eve.

Any person or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the above address. No representation may be accepted by the licensing authority after 12 August 2015. Representations may also be made by email to: licensing@brentwood.go.uk . Representations must be relevant to one or more of the licensing objectives, namely; Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Prevention of Public Nuisance, Public Safety, Protection of Children from Harm.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is a fine of £5000.
