Footpath 104 (Beauchamps Level Crossing), Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 104 (Beauchamps Level Crossing), in the Borough of Basildon from it junction with Beauchamps Drive over the railway to its junction with Alicia Walk.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st July 2018 to 2nd September 2018 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while essential safety gate to gate enhancements are undertaken. The alternative route will be via: Beauchamps Drive, Hill Avenue, A129 and Alicia Avenue.
The Order will come into effect on 21st July 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 13th July 2018

(Dunton Road, Laindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
a) To temporarily close that length of Dunton Road, Laindon in the District of Basildon, from its junction with Rectory Road for a distance of approximately 550m in a westerly direction.
b) To temporarily close that length of Dunton Road, Laindon in the District of Basildon from its junction with Rectory Road to its junction with The Chase, a distance of approximately 470m.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 30th July 2018 for 3 nights (works to take place between 21:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0002AUGKSG455EA - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground cabling works are undertaken by BT.
Closure a) an alternative route is available via Rectory Road, Botney
Hill Road, Billericay Road, Dunton Road and vice versa.
Closure b) an alternative route is available via Dunton Road, Noak Hill
Road, Laindon Common Road, Rectory Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 20th July 2018 and may continue
in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.
(Mountnessing Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mountnessing Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Mountnessing Drive for a distance of approximately 118m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd July 2018 for 43 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD038SEW-11122-05 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water sewerage works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Mountnessing Road, Perry Street, Radford Way, London Road, Rayleigh Road, Hutton Village, Wash Road, Old Church Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 6th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
