1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable gas connection works to be carried out by SGN, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading when required within the roads listed in Schedule One on this Order.

2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 23rd April 2018 and is valid for a period of 18 months.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative routes will be made.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2018 (BLACKFEN ROAD, SIDCUP) NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable footway reconstruction and carriageway works to be carried out by FM Conway they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the closure to vehicular traffic or Blackfen Road, Sidcup from outside 421 to 449. Also, the introduction of no waiting and no loading on both sides of the road when required.

There will be a banned turning movement on Westerham Drive at the junction of Blackfen Road. Access to be maintained for residents when possible.
2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 23rd April 2018 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within I month.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be made via: Ramillies Road, Rowley Avenue, Penhill Road and reverse

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

The Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers,

2. The general effect of the above mentioned Amendment Orders, would be to amend the Bexley [Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2015, to remove an existing residents permit parking bay outside of Nos. 13 and 15 Cyril Road. This resident's permit parking bay which operates between 10am and l2noon Monday to Friday, will be replaced by the controlled parking zone restriction of no waiting, Monday-Friday 10am-12noon, denoted by a single yellow line.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders, the corresponding Parent Orders (and any Orders that have amended those Orders), the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and maps which indicates the length of roads to which the Orders relate, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT

5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof, to the London Borough of Bexley, Public Realm Management Traffic Services, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT (or by email to bruce. woodhams@bexley.gov.uk) within 21 days of the date of this Notice and must include a full postal address.

6. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this Notice, open to public inspection
