TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2017 (BEXLEY HEATH CARRIAGEWAY RESURFACING SCHEME)
Notice of Intention

1
. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Carriageway Resurfacing works to be carried out by FM Conway, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the closure to vehicular traffic and introduction of no waiting and no loading when required within in the roads listed in Schedule One on this Order. Access for residents will be maintained when possible


2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 15th January 2018 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However; the works are expected to be completed within three weeks.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, alternative routes will be made available via local diversions

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016,

Notice of Intention
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Carriageway Resurfacing works to be carried out by FM Conway they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the closure to vehicular traffic and introduction of no waiting and no loading when required within in the roads listed in Schedule One to this Order

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2017 (ROCHESTER DRIVE AND LEECHCROFT AVENUE, BEXLEY)
Notice of Intention

1
. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable National Grid to carry out borehole investigations, they intend to make an order that has the effect of The introduction of No waiting and no loading outside 177 to 184 Rochester Drive, Bexley on both sides of the road when required. The introduction of Closure of Leechcroft Avenue Pedestrian Subway when required

2. The Order will come into effect on Thursday 4th January 2018 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However; the works are expected to be completed within 2 months.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be made for Pedestrian traffic via Footbridge at East Rochester Way to Buckingham Avenue Diversion.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
