Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Veysel Yavuz has applied to Waltham Forest London Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence In respect of Premises to be known as Gokyuzu, Unit 58,The Mall, Walthamstow, EI7 7]R.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 
1. Sale of alcohol from I ChOO hours to Midnight hours seven days a week.
2. Late night refreshment from 23:00 hours to 00:30 hours seven days a week
3. Opening from 08:00 hours to 00:30 hours the following day seven days a week.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Council, Environmental Health & Trading Standard, Sycamore House, Waltham Forest Town Hall Complex, Forest Road, Walthamstow, EI7 4JF no later than 30th August 2017 stat­ing the grounds for representation. The register of Waltham Forest London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.walthamforestgov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connec­tion with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on convic­tion should such a false statement be made.
