Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To extend the existing 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on Vernon Avenue and introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on A129 London Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford as specified:

Road Description



Vernon Avenue, BOTH SIDES: from a point approximately 15 metres Rayleigh north east of its junction with London Road, north-



eastwards for approximately 10 metres. A129 London NORTH SIDE: from the centreline of its junction with Road, Rayleigh Vernon Avenue, westwards for a distance of approximately 26.5 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile number TQ795 915 revision 4 to revision 5.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A127 To A1245 Eastbound, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with A127 to the junction with A1245, a distance approximately 250 m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032815 - Essex County Council) (Works to be carried out between 21:00 and 05:00). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Topographical Survey works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A130 To A127 Westbound, North Benfleet in the District of Basildon, from Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A130 To A127 Westbound for a distance approximately 200 metres in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032813 -Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Arterial Road Slip Road From A1245 to A127 Eastbound, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with A1245 to its junction with A127, a distance of approximately 232 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid

permit (EP20153032806 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while topographical survey works are undertaken by Essex County Council.(Works to take place between

21:00 and 05:00).

The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032807 - Essex County Council) Works to be carried out between 21:00 and 05:00 hrs. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road slip road from A127 to A1245 in the District of Basildon, from Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A127 to A130 Eastbound for a distance approximately 226m in an easterly direction. The closure

is scheduled to commence on 6th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032830 - Essex County Council) Works to be carried out between 21:00 and 05:00 hrs. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The Order will come into effect on 6th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Gardiners Lane South, Basildon) (Temporary 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30 mph on the following length of Gardiners Lane South, Basildon in the District of Basildon, from its junction with Gardiners Close to its junction with Cranes Farm Road, a distance of approximately 184 m. (The road is currently 40MPH) The speed limit is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 40 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000547573 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

The existing 40MPH speed limit on Gardiners Lane South, as detailed in "The District of Basildon (Basildon, Billericay and Wickford) (Speed Limit and Restricted Roads Consolidation) Order 2000" will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the works. All other restrictions contained in the order shall continue in force. The Order will come into effect on 6th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rawreth Lane, Rawreth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rawreth Lane, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Chelmsford Road for a distance of approximately 52m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2017 for 1 night, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2226852 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Access for residents of Bedloes Avenue and emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times during the closure.

An alternative route is available via Chelmsford Road, Carpenters Arms Roundabout, London Road, Rawreth Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oak Road South, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Oak Road South, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road for a distance approximately 20 m in a Southerly direction.



2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction on Oak Road South, Hadleigh as detailed in "The Urban District of Benfleet (Various Streets, Hadleigh) (One Way Traffic) Order 1969".



The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th July 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO53230285 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing man hole frame and cover works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via High Street, London Road, Castle Lane, Beech Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mortimer Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mortimer Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hullbridge Road to its junction with Eastview Drive for a distance of approximately 130m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th August 2017 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000601787 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while major gas mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Mortimer Road, Kings Farm, Ferndale Road, Hullbridge Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
