LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE Hand Picked Hotels Limited has applied to Sevenoaks District Coimci Licensing Partnership on 24th April 2017 to vary a premises licence in respect of the following premises: Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa, Brands Hatch Road, Fawkham, Longfield, Kent DA3 8NQ. The proposed variations are to: 1. permit the sale of alcohol 24 hours a day to residents and their bona fide guests only; 2. extend the terminal hours for late night refreshment from 02:00 to 05:00; and 3. correct the opening hours to reflect the fact that the premisesisahotel andisthereforeopen24hoursaday.Anypersonwishing to view details of an application may contact the Licensing Partnership on 01732 227004. A responsible authority or any other person may make representation to the Licensing Authority in respect of this application. Representations must be made in writing to Licensing Partnership, PO Box 182, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1GP or http://pa.sevenoaks.gov.uk/online-licensing Representations must be received no later than 22nd May 2017. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
