Essex County Council (Claremont Crescent and Diamond Close (Former Eon Site), Rayleigh) (20mph Zone) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on the following
lengths of Claremont Crescent and Diamond Close (Former Eon Site),
Rayleigh in the District of Rochford:
Road Description

Claremont From its junction with London Road for its Crescent, Rayleigh entire length.
Diamond Close, From its junction with Claremont Crescent for its Rayleigh entire length.

Further details: A copy of the draft Order, a copy of this notice, a map illustrating the proposal and a Statement of Reasons may be examined at all reasonable hours at Network Assurance, A2 Annexe Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford; Rochford District Council, Council Offices, South Street, Rochford; and Rayleigh Library, High Street, Rayleigh. (Pound Lane, Bowers Gifford and North Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pound Lane, Bowers Gifford and North Benfleet in the Basildon District (B), from its juinction with Burnt Mills Road to its junction with Southend Arterial Road for a distance of approximately 496m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th May 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005MU1WNGA00IBP2DFDY05 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Pound Lane, Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A127 To A132 Westbound, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Ecn10076, East Mayne, Cricketers Way, Courtauld Road, Burnt Mills Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Heideburg Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Heideburg Road, Canvey Island in the Castle Point District, from its junction with Nevada Road for a distance approximately 41 m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th May 2017 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EN0142826650B - Essex And Suffolk Water) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lay new connection works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Nevada Road, Corona Road,
Brandenburg Road, Heideburg Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th May 2017 and may continue
in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.
