Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for the construction of a new motorway junction (Junction 7a) on the M11

between existing junctions 7 and 8, to be located approximately 6km north of existing Junction 7, to the north of Moor Hall Road/Matching Road crossing and to the south of Sheering Village and the proposed construction of a new link road and roundabout to link the proposed Junction 7a to Gilden Way (B183) and Sheering Lower Road, to the north-east of Harlow Town in the district of Epping Forest. Proposed widening and road improvements to Sheering Road and Gilden Way (B183) from the proposed new Sheering Road roundabout to the London Road Roundabout, located within the district of Harlow- CC/EPF/08/17.

The site is situated adjacent to Old Harlow Conservation

Area and Churchgate Street Conservation Area.

The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the adopted Epping Forest District Local Plan (adopted 1998, alterations 2006) and the Harlow Local Plan (adopted 2006, saved 2008) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. Footpath/Bridleways (185_14, 185_22, 185_20, 185_68, 185_35, 185_36 in Harlow and 204_35, 204_17, 204_29 in Sheering and 198_42 in Matching) may be affected by the proposal.

(The Cobbins, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Cobbins, Waltham Abbey in the Epping Forest District, from Thaxted Way northwards for a distance of approximately 66 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th April 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (NK100/SCLJBU/20323LD - Virgin Media) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while extending network to connect new clients works are undertaken by Virgin Media.

The Order will come into effect on 24th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hemnall Street, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hemnall Street, Epping in the Epping Forest District, from Hartland Road to Kendal Avenue for a distance approximately 60 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th March 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EC30034750752 - UK Power Networks) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while upgrading power service to property. works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Hartland Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 25th March 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 23 February 2017
