Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council Is seeking planning permission for the replacement of front entrance door, frame and window units with a conservation grade window systems with slim line double glazing and ironmongery painted white, and the replacement of side and rear elevation windows with new powder coated aluminium white frames with glazing bars at Writtle Library -CC/CHL/53/16 Writtle Library is situated within Writtle Conservation Area
