THE LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES LICENCES AND CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 2005 Regulation 25 Notice

We SUSSEX COUNTY CRICKET CLUB do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as BrightonandHoveJobs.com COUNTY GROUND, EATON ROAD, HOVE, EAST SUSSEX BN3 3AN for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises on the occasion of an open air concert by Sir Cliff Richard and others for a standing/seated audience of 14,999 persons: The sale of alcohol for the consumption on the premises together with the playing of appropriate recorded music between the hours of 1700 and 2230 on15th June 2013.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN11JP no later than 15th April 2013 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via ww.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
