Proposed development at: Former ECC Offices, Park Road, Lexden, Colchester, Essex CO3 3UL.
Take notice that application is being made by: Redrow Homes Ltd (South East Division) for planning permission to: The erection of 32 dwellings, creation of a new vehicular access via Park Road; and provision of an access road, refuse and bicycle store, landscaping and public open space.
Local Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Colchester Borough Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
