- (T9(22)) The Waltham Forest (Prescribed Routes) (No. 5,1978) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2022
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The London Borough of Waltham Forest on 9th June 2022 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended to exempt pedal cycles from the Worcester Road E17 one-way working and allow movement from north-east to south-west.
2. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation from 9th June 2022 and all other relevant documents can be inspected until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from that date on request by either emailing
or visiting (*by appointment) the Traffic Management office, Low Hall. Argall Avenue E10 7AS during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive; or alternatively documents can be viewed online at:
https://www.walthamforest.gov.uk/content/road-traffic-
schemes-and-consultations.
3. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
