NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (CERTIFICATE C) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION


Notice is hereby given of a planning application for a proposed development at Bevan Place Car Park, Former Working Men's Club & Citizens Advice Bureau and 1-23 (odd) Bevan Place, Swanley BR8 8BH.

Take notice that the application is being made by Sevenoaks District Council for planning permission for a proposed development comprising: demolition of existing buildings to provide two residential blocks ranging from four to six storeys, including Class E floorspace, and associated highways, landscape and public realm works.
The application is being submitted to the Planning Department at Sevenoaks District Council, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
