NOTICE is hereby given that RINJANI LTD have applied to the Brighton & Hove City Council for a variation of the premises licence for Warung Tujuh, 7 Pool Valley, Brighton, BN1 1NJ as follows: to add the first & second floors to the premises licence so as to permit their use for all authorised licensable activities during permitted hours & to submit plans of both floors accordingly. The plans of these floors were mistakenly omitted from the premises licence when it was originally applied for.
There is no change to the current permitted hours or authorised activities & no change in the current capacity of the restaurant.

It is an offence under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
