Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Order 2021 The Waltham Forest (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. *) Order 2021
1) NOTICE IS GIVEN that the London Borough of Waltham Forest (hereinafter referred to as "The Council") proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2) The general effect of the Orders would be:

(a) to convert either permit parking space, or as the case may be, pay by phone/short stay parking space and provide electric vehicle charging places in the following locations (total length of charging place shown in brackets): Winns Avenue E17 (23 metres (4 vehicles)), on the south side, from a point 11 metres west of the western kerb line of Luton Road extending westward for approximately 26 metres; West Avenue E17 (22 metres (4 vehicles)), on the north-eastern side, from a point 3 metres south-east of a point opposite the north­west wall of No. 2 West Avenue south-eastwards for a distance of 25 metres; The Avenue E4 (10.5 metres (2 vehicles)), on the east side, from a point 8.7 metres north of a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 4 and 4a The Avenue extending northwards for approximately 12 metres; Sutton Road E17 (25 metres (4 vehicles)), on the north west side, from a point 12 metres south of the southern kerb line of Billet Road extending southwards for approximately 28 metres; Pendlestone Road E17 (north-east to south-west arm) (22 metres (4 vehicles)), on the north-west side, from a point in line with south-west kerb line of the north-west to south-east arm of Pendlestone Road extending south-westwards for approximately 25 metres; Malvern Road E11 (11 metres (2 vehicles)), on the north side, outside the side wall of No. 64 Montague Road for approximately 12.5 metres in length; Hale End Road E17 (22 metres (4 vehicles)), on the east side, from a point 5 metres south of the southern kerb line of Lamorna Close extending southwards for approximately 25 metres; Greenleaf Road E17 (11.5 metres (2 vehicles)), on the south side, opposite Greenleaf Baptist Church for approximately 13 metres in length; Canterbury Road E10 (11 metres (2 vehicles)), on the north-west side, opposite Nos. 14 to 16 Canterbury Road approximately 12.5 metres in length; Brookscroft Road E17 (22 metres (4 vehicles)), on the south-west side, outside the eastern end of St. John's Church approximately 25 metres in length; Brookfield Avenue E17 (22 metres (4 vehicles)), on the north-west side, between Nos. 1 and 8 for approximately 25 metres in length
[Note: there would be a 1 to 1.5-metre lengths separating bays in each parking place on which a charging post would be located];
(b) to provide that the electric vehicle charging places referred to in paragraph (a) above would be available 'at any time' for the use of any electric vehicles whilst charging at an adjacent electric vehicle charging post, limited to a maximum period of 4 hours, between 8am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Sundays inclusive; and

3) Copies of the Orders and the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected on request by either emailing traffic.

4) Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or to make any other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to Traffic Orders, Highways, Low Hall, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS, or by emailing:
