Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section S14(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order:
To Implement Prohibition of Use
To temporarily close Church Road Pedestrian Subway/Cycleway (No. 1078), Pitsea, in the Borough of Basildon, for its entire length, approximately 45.45 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 01 November 2021 to 08 November 2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required to allow for repair works to be carried out.
The alternative route will be via Church Road, London Road, Old Church Road, and vice versa. The Order will come into operation in November 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is earlier.

(Various Roads, Great Wakering, District of Rochford) (20mph Zone) Order 202*

that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under section S84 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), S36 of Road Traffic Act 1988, Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), application 17/00862/REM, Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996 and S90A-F of the Highways Act 1980.
Effect of the order:
To Implement 20mph Zone on the following roads

Kingfisher Street  From its junction with Minnow Lane, for its entire length, up to and including its junction with
Shallows Avenue
Waters Grove From its junction with Sandy Crescent, for its entire length, up to and including its junction with Kingfisher Street
Shallows Avenue From its junction with Kingfisher Street for its entire length, up to and including its junction with Waters Grove
Minnow Lane From its junctions with Waters Grove for its entire length, up to and including its junction with Kingfisher Street

(Church Road, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 220m south of its junction with Lower Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013219862 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. Alternative routes are available via
1. Church Road, Lower Road, Hullbridge Road, Hambro Hill, Hockley Road, High Road, Aldermans Hill, Folly Lane.
2. Fountain Lane, Aldermans Hill, High Road Hockley Road, Hambro Hill, Hullbridge Road, Lower Road, Church Road.
The Order will come into effect on 28th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hallet Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hallet Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Smallgains Avenue to its junction with Holbek Road a distance of approximately 320m. The closure is scheduled to commence on Bth November 2021 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001094782 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Holbek Road, Norton Avenue, Smallgains Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sutton Road, Rochford/Sutton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Sutton Road, Rochford/Sutton In the District of Rochford, from the junction with Southend Road Roundabout to the junction with Shopland Road a distance of approximately 1070m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Sutton Road, Rochford/Sutton in the District of Rochford, for the duration of the above closure only.

"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2021 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320836 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Sutton Road, Sutton Road And Chandlers Way Roundabout, Fossetts Way, Eastern Avenue and Sutton Road Roundabout, Eastern Avenue, Priory Crescent, Cuckoo Corner Roundabout, Manners Way, Harp House Roundabout, Rochford Road, Southend Road, Southend Road Roundabout and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Barling Road, Great Wakering/Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barling Road, Great Wakering/Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from the junction with Shopland Road for a distance of approximately 180m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS366519 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Shopland Road, Sutton Road, Eastern Avenue, Royal Artillery Way, Bournes Green Chase, Wakering Road, Silchester Corner, Barling Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Burnt Mills Road, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burnt Mills Road, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Courtauld Road for a distance of approximately 500m in a southeasterly then northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd October 2021 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30075137700 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling and pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Burnt Mills Road, Rushley, Tyefields, Rectory Road, London Road, Pound Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lower Road, Ashingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 155m north of its junction with New Park Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS289739AA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Lower Road, Greensward Lane, Spa Road, Main Road, Aldermans Hill, High Road, Hockley Road, Hambro Hill, Hullbridge Road, Lower Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 14th October 2021 and may continue In force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.9) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping" restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting,

No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force. "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 14th October 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
