PARK LANE AND SCHOOL LANE PROPOSED TEMPORARY STREET CLOSURE ORDER 2021
Harlow District Council In exercise of Its powers contained in Section 21 of Town Police Clauses Act 1847 and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with Essex Police and the Essex County the Highway Authority propose to make the above Order.
The effect of the Order will cause part or parts of Park Lane and School Lane and ancillary roads serving Park Lane and school Lane to be closed for a period of approximately 3 hours during 17:00 and 20:30 Sunday 7th November 2021.
A copy of the proposed Order, Plan and Statement for Reasons for proposing to make the Order is available for inspection on the public notice board at the Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1WG.
Copies of the same may be acquired on payment of the Council's photocopying charges.
Any objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made, to be received by the undersigned not later than Monday 18th October 2021.
