(Coldharbour Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Coldharbour Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from Elizabeth Way to Fourth Avenue.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 04/10/2021 to 03/12/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of drainage and ducting works are undertaken (S50-1608). The alternative route will be via Fourth Avenue, Elizabeth Way and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 04/10/2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Avey Lane, Walttiam Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Pynest Green Lane to its other junction with Pynest Green Lane a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MU2772777149874 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main valve maintenance works are undertaken by Thames Water. An alternative route is available via Avey Lane, Sewardstone Road, Sewardstone Road Roundabout, Dowding Way, Volunteer Roundabout, Honey Lane, Woodridden Hill, Wake Arms Roundabout, Jacks Hill, Epping New Road, Robin Hood Roundabout, Cross Roads and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 685m southwest of Its junction with Mott Street for a distance of approximately 250m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th October 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU308000808962250110 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Lippitts Hill, Mott Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hastingwood Road, Hastingwood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hastingwood Road, Hastingwood in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Mill Street for a distance of approximately 190m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th October 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30084902328 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure Is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Mill Street, Harlow Common, London Road, A414, Hastingwood Roundabout, Canes Lane, Hastingwood Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Houblons Hill/Coopersale Common, Coopersale) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Houblons Hill/Coopersale Common, Coopersale in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Brickfields Road to both junctions with Coopersale Street a distance of approximately 1020m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th October 2021 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA140WP3COOP04-1 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. An alternative route is available via Epping Road, The Plain, Thornwood Road, Palmers Hill, Stonards Hill, Coopersale Street, Houblons Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rye Hill Road, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rye Hill Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th October 2021 for 2 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP10000010947 - Essex Highways Street Lighting). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lighting unit replacement works are undertaken by Essex Highways Street Lighting. An alternative route is available via London Road, Hastingwood Roundabout, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Southern Way, Paringdon Road, Rye Hill Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wych Elm, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Wych Elm, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 70m northwest of its junction with Fourth Avenue for a distance of approximately 95m in a northeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way in that length of Wych Elm, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its northernmost junction with Hamstel Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a northeasterly then southeasterly direction as cited in "The Urban District of Harlow, The Harlow Traffic (One-Way Traffic) (Wych Elm) Order, 1967".

The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 19th October 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005568 - Skyline Arcomet Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while crane dismantling works are undertaken by Skyline Arcomet Ltd. An alternative route is available via Wych Elm and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Epping New Road a distance of approximately 190m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th October 2021 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001076490 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via High Road, Church Road, Epping New Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
