(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.24) Order 20**
Notice hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To implement No Waiting at any Time on the both sides of Mowbray Road, Harlow from its junction with Howard Way, east for approximately 17.2 metres. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TL455107 revision 1 to revision 2.

(A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its Roundabout junction with Southern Way to both of its junctions with Second Avenue a distance of approximately 771 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2021 for 5 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2296389 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Second Avenue, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Tillwicks Road, Howard Way, Third Avenue, Katherine's Way, Southern Way, Abercrombie Way and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Laver Road, High Laver) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Laver Road, High Laver in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 170m northeast of its junction with Workers Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008IBBHGRRLAA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via High Laver Road, Matching Road, Matching Tye Road, Harlow Road, Matching Green Road, Moor Hall Road, Sheering Road, Churchgate Street, Hobbs Cross Road, Threshers Bush, Workers Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.6) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 26th August 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required tor the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear.
The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
