NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th July 2021 Ei Croup Ltd applied to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Shortt's, 46 St James's Street, Brighton BN2 1RG. The proposed licensable activities are:-1. Live music and recorded music from 1000 to 0000 Sundays to Thursdays inclusive and 1000 to 0030 Fridays and Saturdays. 2. Sale of alcohol from 1000 to 0000 Sundays to Thursdays inclusive and 1000 to 0100 Fridays and Saturdays. Please note - This application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence.
