LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A) LAND ADJACENT TO VELIZY AVENUE, TOWN PARK, HARLOW ESSEX
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Harlow District Council intends to enclose a small area of public open space adjacent to Velizy Avenue for the inclusion within a short term licence for use as a highway works compound, for period until 31 December 2021.
The enclosed land is to have an area of approximately 900 sq.m.
A plan showing the extent and position of the area to be enclosed can be inspected on the Public Notice Board at the Civic Centre, Water Gardens Harlow, Essex during normal office hours (excepting Bank Holidays) and copies may be obtained on payment of the Council's copying charges.
