BRIGHTON & HOVE (VALLEY GARDENS) BUS GATES AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2020 AMENDMENT NO.1 2021 (TRO-9A-2020)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") made the above-named Experimental Order on the 9 June 2021 under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which comes into force on 18th June 2021. This Order is a modification of the existing Brighton & Hove (Valley Gardens) Bus Gates and Traffic Management Experimental Order 2020 The effect of the modification will be as follows:
Altering the provisions of the Brighton & Hove
(Bus Lanes) Consolidation Order 2018 by:
? Updating the as built information to the
bus gate descriptions for Marlborough Place,
St George's Place and York Place A copy of the experimental Order as made, a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be seen online at
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the experimental Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
