LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) THE WALTHAM FOREST (WESTWARD ROAD E4) (TEMPORARY RESTICTIONS) (NO. 1) ORDER 2021 {TT18(21»

1. The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that on 10th June 2021 it made an Order to facilitate footway renewal work adjacent a new development at 168 Westward Road in a safe and efficient manner.



2. The general effect of the Order will be - only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed or, where applicable, covered - to suspend free regulated partial footway parking space and restrict vehicles (except works vehicles) from waiting or loading, for any purpose, "at any time" in Westward Road E4 - both sides - between the common boundary Nos. 172 and 174 Westward Road E4 and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 175 and 177 Westward Road E4 (excluding the disabled person's parking place outside No. 185).



3. Vehicles waiting or loading in disregard of this Order would be removed.



4. The Order will come into operation on 10th June 2021 and will be valid for 6 months, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the sooner.



5. The restrictions mentioned in paragraph 2 would not apply in relation to any vehicle being used in connection with the said works.
