NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 26 May 2021 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 26 May 2021 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when they come into operation on 1 June 2021 will introduce various changes to the waiting or parking restrictions in part or parts of the roads identified:
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.10 2021 (TRO-6A-2021)
- Ranelagh Villas - Proposed extension to double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time)

BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT NO.7 2021 (TRO-6B-2021)
- Bankside, Bellingham Crescent, Burlington Gardens, Bush Farm Drive, Fairway Crescent, Flimwell Close, Gorse Close, Graham Close (Portslade), Graham Crescent (Portslade), Hazel Close, Juniper Close, Overdown Rise, Sherbourne Road, Sherbourne Way, Shortgate Road, Stonecross Road, Thornbush Crescent, Wickhurst Close & Wickhurst Road - Proposed double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time)
- Flimwell Close, Graham Close (Portslade), North Close & North Lane (Portslade) -Proposed extension to double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time)
- Graham Close (Portslade) - Proposed single yellow line Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm
 North Close - Proposed single yellow line Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 12pm to 2 pm

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
