Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:
Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building
150 Woodfield Cottages Heybridge - Replacement of all single glazed, flush mounted casement windows to front and rear elevations with double glazed (low-e), timber framed Jeld-Wen traditional design sliding sash units; with simulated small pane dividing bars. Restoration of original recessed sash window design with reinstatement of pre-cast concrete sills within front and rear elevations and rectangular aperture proportions of front windows.
